Mrs. Ann Owen Wren Musick, widow of the late John Thomas Musick, died at the family home north of the city, at 5:30 o'clock this morning. Mrs. Musick was aged 64 years, 10 months, and 7 days. The family is well known, having resided in the county for many years.
Ann Owen Wren, the daughter of Isaac and Hannah Wren, was one of a family of twelve brothers and sisters. She was born in Mechanicsburg, O., on May 23, 1852, and when six months of age came with her parents to Illinois.
She was married to John Thomas Musick Jan. 1, 1869, and to them the following children were born: Everett E., deceased Oct. 7, 1916; Mrs. Nicholas Amberg, Lincoln; Mary, deceased in infancy; A. B. Musick, Springfield; Mrs. Martin Stephens, Quincy; Mrs. William Wubben, Mt. Pulaski; and Mrs. William Martinie, J. T. Musick, Jr., Clifford Musick and Miss Bessie Musick, Lincoln. Mrs. Jonathan Musick, a sister, survives. The funeral services will occur at Zion Methodist Church north of the city at 2:30 o'clock Sunday, April 1, with Rev N. R. Johnson in charge. Burial in Zion cemetery.
