Erna K. Ruwe, 81, of 910 Sixth St.., died at 12:08 a.m. today, Thursday, Oct. 17, 1985 at Abraham Lincoln Memorial Hospital.

Mrs. Ruwe was a member of Zion Lutheran church, Lincoln. She was employed for over 50 years at McGrath Sand and Gravel and McGrath Investment Co., Lincoln.

She was born Oct., 1, 1904, in Lincoln, a daughter of Fred and Caroline Kappel Bohn. She married Walter H. Ruwe Sept. 4, 1937. He died March 21, 1967.

She is the last of her immediate family. Surviving are two nephews and one niece.

She was preceded in death by two brothers and three sisters.

Her funeral will be at 1:30 p.m. Saturday at Holland and Barry Funeral Home, Lincoln, with the Rev. Charles Olander officiating. Burial will be Union Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
